Be it resolved that Council hereby receive report number PR2023-01 "RFT 2022-08-PR Erin Community Centre Renovation" for information; And that Council direct staff to proceed with entering into a contract with B.E. Construction Ltd. in the amount of $2,965,977.27 excluding HST.; And that Council authorize the transfer of $500,000 from the Centre 2000 Capital Reserve, $300,000 from the Emergency Response Centre Reserve and $300,000 from the Infrastructure Renewal Reserve to cover the shortfall from the approved funding in order to complete this project.
