That Council proceeds into a closed session at the hour of 8:00 AM under the following exemption in the Municipal Act S. 239 (3.1): 1. The meeting is held for the purpose of educating or training the members; with respect to a facilities tour of the King-Zancor Centre, Innisfil Recreation Centre, and Wasaga Stars Arena & Library.
