Be it resolved that Council hereby receive report number PD2023-35 “A By-law to Provide for the Administration and Enforcement of the Building Code Act, 1992 Within the Town of Erin” for information; And that Council hereby repeal and replace the Town’s Code of Conduct By-law #19-34, as well as the Town of Erin Building By-law #99-18 and all its amending By-laws, and enact the proposed Building By-law within Appendix A to this report, to introduce a new Building By-law for the Town of Erin.
