That the presentation by the Director of Infrastructure Services and Manager of Information Technology & Digital Transformation regarding the wastewater system project be received for information.

That report number PD2025-25 “Erin Conditions of Draft Plan Approval 23T-23003, Blackthorn Development Corporation on behalf of Beachcroft Investments Inc., 63 and 63A Trafalgar Road” be received for information; And that Council approves the Erin Conditions of Draft Plan Approval attached to this report as Appendix D and recommends that Draft Plan of Subdivision 23T-23003 be granted Draft Plan Approval by the County of Wellington.

That report number PD2025-26 “Recommendation Report – Agreement for Site Alteration Permit SA02-23 – 9516 Side Road 27 (1772853 Ontario Inc.)” be

That report number R2025-01, “Purchase of a Used Motor Grader” be received for information; And that Council authorizes staff to purchase a used motor grader from the County of Wellington at auction, within the approved capital budget value of $650,000.

That Council receives the Activity List for information.

That By-law number 25-58 is hereby passed.
