Regular Council Meeting

Be it resolved that Council adjourns the meeting to proceed into a closed session at the hour o 5:30 PM to discuss the matter(s) under the following exemptions in the Municipal Act S. 239 (2) pertaining to: (d) labour relations or employee negotiations; (f) advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose; and (k) a position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations

Be it resolved that the meeting be reconvened at the hour of 6:30 PM.

Be it resolved that the agenda be approved as circulated.

Be it resolved that Council hereby adopts the following meeting minutes as circulated; November 3, 2020 Regular Council Meeting

Be it resolved that Council hereby receive the Credit Valley Conservation - Site Recommendations for Erin Town Hall for information.

Be it resolved that Council hereby receive report number C2020-04 for information; And that the Ontario Ombudsman be the default Closed Meeting Investigator for the Town of Erin effective December 31st, 2020.

Be it resolved that Council hereby receive the Fire Master Plan for information.

Be it resolved that Council approve the following Committee Minutes:  Environment and Sustainability Advisory Committee minutes of August 10th 2020 and September 14th 2020;  Town of Ein Heritage Committee minutes of July 20th 2020;  Let's Get Hillsburgh Growing Committee minutes of July 15th 2020, July 29th 2020, August 26th 2020, and September 16th 2020.

Be it resolved that the following By-Law numbers are hereby passed: 20-47 Being a By-Law to repeal By-law 19-10.

Be it resolved that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Erin having given due consideration to the following By-law 20-48 as reproduced in this days Council agenda be passed and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign and seal same. 20-48 A By-law to adopt, ratify and confirm the proceedings for the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Erin at its Regular Meeting held on November 17, 2020.
