Regular Council Meeting

Be it resolved that Council hereby adopts the following meeting minutes as circulated: January 27th Regular Council

Be it resolved that Council hereby receive the delegation from Hospice Wellington regarding services extending to rural areas of Wellington County for information.

Be it resolved that Council hereby receive report number F2022-01 "2022 Interim Tax By-law for information"; And that Council hereby approve the proposed 2022 Interim-Tax By-law as presented in Appendix A of this report.

Be it resolved that Council hereby receive report number F2022-02 "2012 Debenture Refinancing" for information; And that Council hereby approve the proposed Application By-law as presented in Appendix B of this report.

Be it resolved that Council hereby receive report number PD2022-04 "Zoning By-law Amendment (Z21-07) Mary Tracy Hart Chantler, 9440 Wellington Road 22" for information; And That Council hereby approve the site-specific Zoning By-law Amendment Application by Mary Tracy Hart Chantler, 9440 Wellington Road 22, Town of Erin, and adopt the implementing Zoning By-law Amendment.

Be it resolved that Council hereby receive the Economic Development Committee minutes of November 9th 2021.

Be it resolved that By-law number 22-05, 22-06, and 22-03 are hereby passed: 22-05 Being a By-law to provide for a 2022 Interim tax levy and to provide for the payment of taxes and to provide for penalty and interest of 1.25 percent. 22-06 Being a By-law to authorize an application by the Corporation of the Town of Erin (The "Applicant Municipality") To the Corporation of the County of Wellington requesting the Corporation of the County of Wellington to incur debt and issue refinancing debentures in respect of capital work of the Applicant Municipality. 22-03 Being a By-law to enter into a Site Plan Control Agreement relating to Part of Lot 20, Plan 768, designated as Lot 1 on Registrar's Complied Plan 686, except Part 1 on Plan 61R-2408, 10 Shamrock Road.

Be it resolved that By-law 22-07 is hereby passed: 22-07 Being a By-law to amend By-law 07-67, as amended, being the Zoning By-law for the Corporation of the Town of Erin for lands known as 9440 Wellington Road 22.

Be it resolved that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Erin having given due consideration to the following By-law 22-08 as reproduced in this days Council agenda be passed and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign and seal same. 22-08 A By-law to adopt ratify and confirm the proceedings for the Council for the Corporation of the Town of Erin at its Regular Council Meeting held on February 10, 2022.
