Be it resolved that the agenda be approved as circulated.

Be it resolved that Council hereby adopts the following meeting minutes as circulated; Regular Council Meeting, October 2, 2018

Be it resolved that Council hereby receives the presentation from the Canadian Beverage Association - "Public Space Recycling Pilot Project Update" for information.

Be it resolved that Council hereby receives the report and presentation from OCWA (Ontario Clean Water Agency) - "Town of Erin Drinking Water System Performance Report" for information.

Be it resolved that Council hereby receives the Town of Erin Fire & Emergency Services August 2018 report for information.

Be it resolved that Council receives the Director of Finance’s Report "Approval of Accounts" for information.

Be it resolved that Council hereby approve an alternate location for the Inaugural Meeting to be held Tuesday December 4th 2018 at 6:30 PM; And that the alternate location be the Erin Legion located at 12 Dundas Street East, Erin.

Be it resolved that Council receives correspondence items 10.1 to 10.5 for information.

Be it resolved that Council adjourns the meeting to proceed into a closed session at the hour of 4:00 PM to discuss the matter(s) under the following exemptions in the Municipal Act S. 239 (2) pertaining to: (f) advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose (3)

Be it resolved that the meeting be reconvened at the hour of 4:18 PM.

Be it resolved that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Erin having given due consideration to the following By-law, 18-56 as reproduced in this days Council Agenda, be passed, and authorize the Mayor and Deputy Clerk to sign and seal same. 18-56 A By-law to adopt, ratify and confirm the proceedings of the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Erin held November 6th, 2018.
