Be it resolved that the Town of Erin Committee of Adjustment hereby approves Minor Variance Application A13/20 because the application meets the following criteria: The general intent and purpose of the Official Plan is maintained; The general intent and purpose of the Zoning By-Law is maintained; The variance is considered desirable for the appropriate development of land; In the opinion of the Committee, the variance is minor.
