Be it resolved that Council receives the Motor Grader Replacement report of March 06th, 2017; And that Council permits the Road Superintendent to use the Capital funds originally allocated for Grader Refurbishment to purchase 2015 Volvo G976 motor grader from Jade Equipment Company Ltd.; And further that Council permits $2,060 to be redirected from the Infrastructure Renewal Fund; And further that Council grants an exemption as prescribed in Section 12.1 of the Procurement By-Law for the sole source purchase of a motor grader from Jade Equipment Company
