Be it resolved that the agenda be approved as circulated.

Be it resolved that Council hereby adopts the following meeting minutes as circulated; December 15th 2020 Regular Council; December 15th 2020 Special Budget; December 16th 2020 Special Council (Public Meeting Z20-06, OPA 11, OP2020- 05); December 16th 2020 Special Council (Public Meeting Z20-04); December 16th 2020 Special Council (Public Meeting Z20-08); and December 21st 2020 Special Council.

Be it resolved that Council hereby receive report number P2021-01 “Zoning By-law Amendment (Z20-11) Wintersinger, 5853 Third Line, Erin, Public Meeting” for information.

Be it resolved that Council hereby receive report number P2021-02 “Zoning By-law Amendment (Z20-12) Mulmur Aggregates Inc., 5305 Third Line, Erin (Wragg Pit); Public Meeting” for information.

Be it resolved that Council hereby receive the Erin Economic Development Committee's presentation for information.

Be it resolved that Council approve the following committee meeting minutes:  Parks, Recreation and Culture Committee minutes of September 17, 2020.

Be it resolved that Council approve the following committee meeting minutes:  Environment and Sustainability Advisory Committee minutes of November 9, 2020.

Be it resolved that Council receives the report number “OCIF Top Up Authorization By-Law” for information; And that Council approve the proposed by-law in Appendix B authorizing the Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer to enter into an amending agreement with the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs; And that Council repeal the OCIF Top Up By-law 19- 36.

Be it resolved that Council hereby receive report number BD2021-01, “Building Inspector Appointment By-law” for information; And that Council hereby approve the proposed By- law as presented in Appendix A.

Be it resolved that Council hereby receive report number FD2021-01 "November 2020 Town of Erin Fire & Emergency Services Report" for information.

Be it resolved that Council hereby receive the Mayor's verbal report for information.

Be it resolved that Council receives correspondence item 10.1 for information.

Be it resolved that By-Law numbers 21-01 and 21-02 inclusive, are hereby passed. 21-01 Being a By-law to authorize the signing of an amending agreement with the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs for funding under the Ontario Community Infrastructure Fund (OCIF) Top-up Application Component - 2017 Intake. 21-02 Being a By-law to authorize the Appointment of Dallas Bridle as Building Inspector for the Corporation of the Town of Erin; and to repeal By-law 18-58.

Be it resolved that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Erin having given due consideration to the following By-law 21-03 as reproduced in this days Council agenda be passed and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign and seal same. 21-03 A By-law to adopt, ratify and confirm the proceedings for the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Erin at its Regular Council Meeting held on January 19, 2021.
