Be it resolved that the Town of Erin Committee of Adjustment hereby REFUSES the Minor Variance Application A01-25, as the application is not minor in nature, is not desirable for the appropriate development or use of the land, building, or structure, does not maintain the general intent and purpose of the Zoning By-law, and does not maintain the general intent and purpose of the Official Plan.

Be it resolved that the Town of Erin Committee of Adjustment hereby APPROVES the Minor Variance Application A04-26 as the application meets the Planning Act tests for a minor variance being: 1. The requested variances are considered minor in nature; 2. The variances are desirable for the appropriate development or use of the land, building or structure; 3. The general intent and purpose of the Zoning By-law is maintained; and 4. The general intent and purpose of the Official Plan is maintained.
