Minutes from COA July 20, 2021 Be it resolved that the Town of Erin Committee of Adjustment hereby approves Minor Variance Application A05/21 because the application meets the following criteria:  The general intent and purpose of the Official Plan is maintained;  The general intent and purpose of the Zoning By-Law is maintained;  The variance is considered desirable for the appropriate development of land;  In the opinion of the Committee, the variance is minor.
