Be it resolved that the agenda be approved as circulated.

Be it resolved that the Town of Erin Committee of Adjustment hereby approves Minor Variance Application A03/20 because the application meets the following criteria:  The general intent and purpose of the Official Plan is maintained;  The general intent and purpose of the Zoning By-Law is maintained;  The variance is considered desirable for the appropriate development of land;  In the opinion of the Committee, the variance is minor.

Be it resolved that the Committee hereby adopts the following meeting minutes as circulated: A01/20 – January 22, 2020

Be it resolved that the meeting be adjourned at the hour of 6:59 pm
