Be it resolved that Council directs that Staff provide a report to Council that informs: 1. How much money has been spent to date on waste water activities and how has that been funded? 2. Criteria used to classify costs as specific to Waste Water and thus segregated from general expenses. 3. How will indirect costs related to the infrastructure build out be funded? For example, during the last meeting, the consultant confirmed that $20M estimate to install the main trunk lines included the cost to repave the roads. Presumably, the $44M to install the collection system in existing neighbourhoods also included the cost to restore the roads to good condition. If not, are those costs paid for out of the general road funds and therefore community as a whole?
