Be it resolved that the agenda be approved as circulated.

Be it resolved that Council hereby adopts the following meeting minutes as circulated: November 10th Special Council (As amended to add the notice of motion presented by Councillor Robins) November 17th Regular Council November 17th Special Budget

Be it resolved that Council hereby receive the Credit Valley Conservation 2021 Budget Presentation for information.

Be it resolved that Council hereby receive the delegation of rare Charitable Research Reserve for information.

Be it resolved that Council hereby receive report number C2020-05 "2021 Council Meeting Schedule" for information; And that Council hereby approve the 2021 Council Schedule attached as Appendix A to this report.

Be it resolved that Council hereby receive report number C2020-06 "2021 Acting Mayor Schedule" for information; And that Council hereby approve the 2021 Acting Mayor Schedule attached Appendix A to this report; And that the Clerk have the authority to change the Acting Mayor Schedule should a Councillor become unavailable.

Be it resolved that Council hereby receive report number R2020-05 "Hillsburgh Snow Roamers Request for Access" for information; And that Council hereby approve staff to negotiate and sign a Memorandum of Understanding with the Hillsburgh Snow Roamers.

Be it resolved that Council hereby receive report number R2020-06 "Mimosa Hamlet Signage" for information; And that Council hereby directs staff to proceed with Hamlet signage in all the hamlets within the Town of Erin utilizing the roads surplus to fund the initiative.

Be it resolved that Council hereby receive report number R2020-07 "Downtown Sound System" for information; And that Staff do not recommend proceeding.

Be it resolved that Council hereby receive report number PD2020-14 "Site Plan Agreement, 6 Shamrock Road, 1597412 Ontario Limited" for information; And that Council hereby approve the proposed By- law as presented in Appendix A.

Be it resolved that Council hereby approve the Mayor's Report of December 1st 2020 for information.

Be it resolved that Council hereby authorize a delegation from the Economic Development Committee to provide an update to Council regarding how it has worked effectively with staff; And that the Committee provide an update on how it has structured sub- committees to address the priorities identified in the Economic Development Strategy; And that the Committee provide an update on how it has responded to the challenges presented to Erin's business community by Covid-19.

Be it resolved that By-Law numbers 20-50 is hereby passed. 20-50 Being a By-law to enter into a Site Plan Control Agreement relating to 6 Shamrock Road.

Be it resolved that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Erin having given due consideration to the following By-law 20-51 as reproduced in this days Council agenda be passed and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign and seal same. 20-51 A By-law to adopt, ratify and confirm the proceedings for the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Erin at its Regular Council Meeting held on December 1st 2020.
