Be it resolved that the agenda be approved as circulated.

Be it resolved that Council hereby adopts the following meeting minutes as circulated; June 30 Regular Council July 7 Regular Council July 27 Special Council

Be it resolved that Council hereby receive report number R2022-08 “RFT 2022-12R – Purchase of 2022 Rubber Tired Backhoe Loader” for information; And that Council direct staff to accept the quotation received from Strongco Ltd. for the 2022 Rubber Tired Backhoe Loader for a total contract value of $178,913.00 excluding HST.

Be it resolved that Council hereby receive report number PR2022-05 “Contribution Agreement for Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario” for information; And that Council Authorize the Mayor and CAO to sign a contribution agreement with the Federal Government for funding under the Canada Community Revitalization Fund (CCRF).

Be it resolved that Council hereby receive report number PD2022-24 “Zoning By-law (Z22-05) Erin Fitness, 5399 Wellington Road 52, Part of S.W. 1/2 Lot 13, Concession 10, Part 1 on Reference Plan 61R-3073” for information; And that Council approve the site-specific Zoning By- law Amendment Application by Erin Fitness, 5399 Wellington Road 52, Town of Erin, and adopt the implementing Zoning By-law amendment.

Be it resolved that Council hereby receive the Town of Erin Heritage Committee minutes of June 20th, 2022.

Be it resolved that Council hereby receive the Let's Get Hillsburgh Growing Committee minutes of July 20th, 2022.

Be it resolved that the Mayor's Report of September 8, 2022 be received for information.

Be it resolved that By-law numbers 22-39 to 22-41 inclusive, are hereby passed. 22-39 Being a By-law to Authorize the Mayor and CAO to Execute a Contribution Agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada hereby Represented by the Minister Responsible for the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario 22-40 Being a By-law to amend Zoning By-law 07-67, as amended, being the Zoning By-law for the Corporation of the Town of Erin for lands known as 5399 Wellington Road 52 22-41 A By-law to require the conveyance of land or payment of cash-in-lieu of parkland for public park or other public recreational purposes (Parkland Dedication By-law)

Be it resolved that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Erin having given due consideration to the following By-law 22-42 as reproduced in this days Council agenda be passed and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign and seal same. 22-42 A By-law to confirm the proceedings of Council at its Regular Meeting held September 8, 2022
