Whereas Section 2.6 of the Procedural By-law provides that members may by resolution, cancel or alter the time, day, or place of any meeting; Be it resolved that the Regular Council meetings of November 17th, December 1st, and December 15th commence at 5:30PM; And that the Regular Council Meeting scheduled for Tuesday January 5th be cancelled. Be it resolved that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Erin having given due consideration to the following By-law 20-46 as reproduced in this days Council agenda be passed and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign and seal same. By-law 20-46 A By-law to adopt, ratify and confirm the proceedings for the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Erin at its Special Meeting held on November 10th 2020. Member
